	&lt;p&gt;My name is Estelle and it is now 8 months that I live in London.&lt;br&gt;
I love food and I have to admit that regarding this point I am a bit unhappy here. But I found a solution to this, I cook a lot more and I realised that French cuisine can also be done from English products and it is very successful!&lt;br&gt;
That is why I created this blog in order to share with you my French recipes adapted to English food. &lt;/p&gt;
